to give you the right to cancel the contract within seven working days of receipt of goods. If we fail to include all the above information, the cancellation period is extended to three months.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The vendor is Moonlight Publishing Limited trading as www.moonlightpublishing.co.uk ("the vendor" or "Moonlight Publishing") of 36 Milton Park, Abingdon, Oxfordshire, OX14 4RT. Moonlight Publishing Limited is the promoter of the offers made within www.moonlightpublishing.co.uk. Any notices to be sent to the vendor shall be deemed given when sent by facsimile, email or letter to the above address or to info@moonlightpublishing.co.uk. The purchaser shall be anyone entering www.moonlightpublishing.co.uk  or placing an order with Moonlight Publishing.


All orders received are subject to acceptance by Moonlight Publishing and we reserve the right to reject any order without giving reasons. No contract to supply goods or services to you will come into existence unless we despatch goods or provide services to the purchaser or otherwise communicate to the purchaser our acceptance of an order.

Payment may be made by Visa/MasterCard, American Express or Maestro and should be made with an order. Title to goods supplied will remain with Moonlight Publishing until all sums due by the purchaser are paid in full.

Service is all important to Moonlight Publishing: We have an established reputation for an efficient and innovative approach, combined with an efficient delivery service We only produce products of the highest quality and will replace or make a refund in respect of any item which does not arrive in good condition or is lost in transit. This does not affect statutory rights of the purchaser as a consumer.


Prices of the Moonlight Publishing range of products are reviewed from time to time. Purchases on www.moonlightpublishing.co.uk will be charged at the prices ruling at the date of the order. We reserve the right to amend prices should there be changes in relevant legislation.

Samples can be supplied for large orders. However, Moonlight Publishing reserves the right to charge for these at the agreed price.

Notification of damages or non-delivery must be made in writing to the vendor within 21 days of the due delivery date

 In the event that the purchaser should cancel the order after despatch Moonlight Publishing reserves the right to refund up to 50% of the original order value. In the event of non delivery within the UK due to an incorrect address or recipient information supplied by the purchaser, or if the recipient specified by the customer refuses to accept the parcel, Moonlight Publishing reserves the right to make a charge of a minimum of 50% of the original order for re-directing or re-sending the order.
